Charlotte Connerton, Ex Officio of the TSHMO


Charlotte Connerton, EdD, RN, CNE, is an assistant professor of nursing at the University of Southern Indiana. Dr. Connerton has 31 years nursing experience, with 20 years teaching experience in all levels of nursing education. Dr. Connerton has practiced as a Faith Community Nurse for 20 years, a lay minister for four years, actively participates in the Catholic faith, and serves her community by sharing her profession. Dr. Connerton has planned, conducted fund-raising, and organized activities for youth participating in World Youth Day at Madrid, Spain; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; and Krakow, Poland. Charlotte Connerton is a Faith Community Nurse at All Saints Parish. All Saints Parish is St. Anthony’s and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Evansville, Indiana. All Saints Parish offers a variety of programs to its parishioners such as monthly blood pressure screenings, the healthy eating and active living program, chronic disease prevention and wellness, yoga class, and the soup kitchen for the vulnerable populations. Charlotte enjoys giving of her time and talents to those in need.
