Our Misson

Mission

TSHMO is a support network for people of faith who promote whole-person health through faith groups in the communities they serve. By providing information, guidelines and resources, the organization assists and encourages individuals, called faith community nurses and health ministers, as they develop whole person health programs, utilize community resources, and help individuals achieve wholeness of body, mind, and spirit.

Purpose

TSHMO promotes faith community nursing and health ministry within all faith-based communities, regardless of denomination. This will be accomplished by providing information, support, and training to any interested nurses and/or health ministry members.
